Google user data accessed
Purpose of access
Google Sheets data is used exclusively to generate CSV exports requested by the user and to support related workflow processing.
Data retention
SheetToCsv runs entirely inside Google Apps Script, under the user's own Google account authorization. Sheet data is read and the CSV export is written back directly into the user's own spreadsheet; it never leaves Google's infrastructure and is never transmitted to or stored on Structory's own servers.
Data deletion
Since no user data is retained outside of the user's own Google account, deletion is done by the user directly in their Google Sheet (e.g. removing the generated "Export_CSV" tab) or by revoking the app's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. For any other question about data handling, contact contact2@example.com; requests are answered within 30 days.
AI usage
SheetToCsv does not use any AI or machine learning service, whether proprietary or third-party. Google Workspace user data is not sold and is not used to train any AI or machine learning model.
Data sharing
SheetToCsv does not share, sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to any third party. Because the application never stores data outside of Google's own infrastructure (see "Data retention" above), there is no separate database or server where third-party sharing could occur.
Data protection
Since SheetToCsv processes data entirely within Google Apps Script under the user's own account, the security of that data is protected by Google's own account security measures (encryption in transit and at rest, two-factor authentication). Structory does not operate any independent servers, databases, or backups that could introduce a separate point of failure.
Google API Services User Data Policy
The use and transfer of information received from Google Workspace APIs by SheetToCsv complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
